We have all 12 ponies as charms to collect and clip onto the horse shoe bracelet. The original idea was that they could be collected from the local Equestrian shop or Riding school each week, but as we have become more our own retailer I'm afraid that doesn't really work because of the P&P unless you buy them all as a parent and then give them out as treats. We had a customer who bought them all to give out from the tooth fairy and another who was putting them into an advent calender, we thought they were gorgeous ideas.
